These terms are an agreement between you and The Saturday Game ("we", "us") for using The Tee Sheet. By signing in or using the site, you agree to them.

What The Tee Sheet is

The Tee Sheet collects publicly posted information about Met-area golf championships, qualifiers and entry deadlines, and gives you tools to plan your season. It is a planning tool. We don't enter you into events, and we're not affiliated with or endorsed by the MGA, USGA, WGA, LIGA, CSGA, NJ Golf, NYSGA, Met PGA or any club.

Always confirm with the official source

We check association websites automatically, but dates, sites, fees, eligibility rules and deadlines change and can be posted incorrectly. Before you enter, travel or pay, confirm the details on the official entry page. You're responsible for your own entries, fees, eligibility and tee times. Drive times are rough estimates, not directions.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, use The Tee Sheet with a parent or guardian's permission, and a parent or guardian must buy any membership.
• Keep your calendar link private. Anyone with it can see your plan. You can reset it at any time.

Guest pass and membership

• Guest pass is free and includes event search, the calendar and planning for the current season, with up to two qualifying sites shown per championship.
• Membership costs $40 per year, plus any applicable tax, and unlocks every qualifying site, planning ahead for next season, copying last season's plan and calendar sync.
• Automatic renewal. Membership renews automatically each year at the then-current price, charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel. If the price changes, we'll tell you before your renewal.
• Cancel anytime with Manage membership on your Profile. You keep member access until the end of the year you paid for.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something goes wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll make it right.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as the seller of record, under Stripe's own terms.
• We may change which features are included in each plan. If we remove a major member feature during your paid year, you can ask for a prorated refund.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• copy, scrape or resell The Tee Sheet's data or use it to build a competing service;
• share your membership or calendar link with others;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with how the site runs;
• use The Tee Sheet for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Content and trademarks

The Tee Sheet's design, software and branding belong to The Saturday Game. Event names, logos and information belong to their respective associations and clubs. Content you add, like notes and club events, stays yours. You let us store and display it to you so the service works.

Disclaimers

The Tee Sheet is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness or availability, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. That includes missed entries, deadlines, qualifying spots, travel costs or entry fees. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $40, whichever is greater.

Indemnity

If your misuse of The Tee Sheet causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using The Tee Sheet at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may discontinue the service. If we do, we'll give members notice and a prorated refund for any unused paid time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let members know at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use The Tee Sheet after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.
